GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Subscription rates
New subscription - $100+gst per year
If you renew your subscription within a year of expiry it will forward date the subscription to the date of expiry.
Eg. You join on January 21, 2014. Your subscription expires January 21, 2015. If you renew on January 15, 2015 your subscription will be updated to January 21, 2016.
If you renew after the date your subscription expires your subscription will be back dated to the day you expired. Submission of points to government is every 2 years. Members who accidentally expire need to access the activity they have completed for submission. If all expired subscriptions became new subscriptions access to this activity would be lost. If you renew more than a year from your expiry date you will be charged for two years subscription.
All subscriptions more than two years will be treated as new subscriptions.
Copyright
All products produced by the Building Hub are under copyright, including the contracts, which are also under copyright of Rainey Collins Law Office. You can only use these products while financial members of the Building Hub. If you download contracts or any other Building Hub products and use them while not being a financial member of the Building Hub you will be in breach of that copyright.
PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Building Hub Ltd Membership Fees
This is an annual membership subscription. Fees are charged annually on the anniversary of the membership expiry.
Building Hub Ltd Membership Refund/Cancellation Policy
Building Hub Ltd reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership. If Building Hub Ltd refuses a new or renewing membership, registrants will be offered a refund.
Membership Cancellation by Participant
Membership cancellations received within 14 days of registration may be eligible to receive a full refund less $10 service fee as long as no documents have been downloaded/copied/stored that are under copyright of the Building Hub or Rainey Collins Law Office.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
All refund requests must be made by the member or credit card holder.
Refunds will be credited to the provided bank account. Refunds can not be made to the credit card, only the nominated bank account.
